Proper Refueling

A couple of weeks ago, after a heavy training session of kickboxing, I felt a slight ache in one of my hips. I rolled the muscles out with the foam roller and within a couple of days it started to feel better. It was just a tight muscle but it made me think about how I refuel my body after any workout.
